Shipping info, return package

Since these are high-value and sensitive products, it is very important that they are packed securely for transport.

To avoid damage during shipping, please make sure to:

• Use the original packaging if available (including foam, padding, or protective inserts).
• If original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box with plenty of protective padding (bubble wrap, foam, etc.) so that the unit cannot move inside the box.
• Ensure that all cables, accessories, and smaller parts are secured and not loose inside the package.
• Use “Fragile” or “Handle with Care” labels on the outside of the box.

Please note: If products are damaged during transport due to insufficient or poor packaging, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility or charge the shipping company, and the cost of repair will be charged to you as the client.
